Strategy FormationOur strategic consulting team works with clients to develop a clear strategy for achieving the projects previously defined objectives. We work with our clients to assemble an appropriate pricing model and evaluate the overall strategy for software development.
Outsourcing SphereHere we define IT services (i.e. development and/or maintenance; collaboration versus solo operations). We define the sphere of the project specifically for overall plan milestones.
ProposalWe present our clients with a systematic project proposal including scheduled benchmarks, guidelines, and goals. Project proposal also includes dedicated team size and measurable deliverables. At this stage we sign all contracts including NDAs, PSAs, and SLAs.
Proposal ImplementationAt this stage of the Watchlite Blueprint, we initiate project activities and begin to transition toward software development. Here we assign specific tasks, allocate resources to the project, and initialize project kick-off.
Project ManagementPerhaps the most important phase of the Watchlite Blueprint, our experienced team leaders manage the software development and move towards completion of the project. They are responsible for bi-lateral communications between the team and the client and inform the client of achieved benchmarks.
DeliveryThe project is delivered to the client. Watchlite begins analysis of software performance as well as maintenance as outlined by client contract.
