As President of Watchlite, Sammy is responsible for overall business development, product strategy, and management of broad operations. As President of Time Rack, our parent company, Sammy successfully led the creation of a hugely successful web-based time clock software product. With more than 16 years of management experience, Sammy understands the unique challenges his customers face and strives to develop revolutionary software solutions that proactively resolve these issues.
Prior to his role as President at Time Rack, Sammy served as regional manager for a major staffing firm in southern California. Sammy earned a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India and has lived in the United States since 1990.
With over 15 years of experience in leading, managing and growing technology companies TJ Sehmi has been instrumental in growing his private company from inception to generating over $300 million dollars in payroll within 8 years. With Watchlite, TJ leads the way in product development, product strategy, defining new market penetration strategies, and addressing unique customer challenges through technology innovations.
Prior to his role as CEO of Watchlite, TJ held management positions at Deloitte & Touche, Epicor Software, and Quest Software. TJ earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Information Technology from California State Polytechnic, Pomona.
An expert in product management, Navroop designs product positioning, product life cycles, and developmental blueprint. As a team lead, Navroop ensures that clients receive software products and updates on time and manages Watchlite’s development teams. With over half a decade of experience in the field, Navroop’s expertise include client management, communication, project delivery, and even software development.
Navroop received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. He is also a certified Microsoft Professional specializing in database systems. In addition to his position at Watchlite, Navroop holds a project management position with a successful web-based time solutions company and has held various positions including ERP implementation specialist.
