IQMS Services:
Watchlite has a dedicated team of certified
professionals who are responsible for managing,
maintaining and supporting systems which run IQMS
applications. This service includes providing technical
support to end users of IQMS, being a liaison between
our end-client’s and IQMS support and performing server
management.
Additionally, Watchlite has “hands-on” experience and
wealth of knowledge in managing IQMS upgrades/applying
patches on our end clients systems, providing server
administration and daily resolution support. With an
entire team of trained IQMS professionals, we provide a
cost effective alternative for support to our end
clients of IQMS.
